Virginia Hall was born and raised in San Diego County. She graduated from Pt Loma High
School and Grossmont College as well as has attended San Diego State University.

She worked in the past as a Registered Nurse in the Orthopaedic Research Division at
Scripps Clinic, La Jolla. She has also published articles and spoken at National
Conferences on various topics of Orthopedic Nursing.

Following in the footsteps of her grandparents, she decided to help people with buying
and selling real estate. She earned her real estate license and practiced under One
Source Realty GMAC until it recently merged with Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage. She specializes in residential and land sales in various areas of San Diego
County including: the East County, Coastal, Central and parts of South and North
County. She offers relocation services in and out of San Diego, California.

She is an active member of the East San Diego County Association of RealtorsÒ, The
California Association of RealtorsÒ, and the National Association of RealtorsÒ. All of these
associations uphold a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to ensure that their
members are up to date on the latest legislation, techniques and marketing practices
that affect the real estate field. In addition, she has earned the the nationally
recognized real estate designation GRIÒ, Graduate of RealtorÒ Institute.

She has found common ground with being a RealtorÒ and a registered nurse. Both
require, a caring, helping person willing to go one step beyond, good problem solving
skills, as well as the ability to listen and communicate effectively.

Virginia has been active in the Santee Community, where she has lived for over 26 years
with her husband Ronn Hall. She is a current member of the Santee Chamber of
Commerce, a former board member for the Santee Pioneer Little League.

She attends Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, and in the past has
attended First Southern Baptist Church in Santee and Grossmont Baptist Church where
she was active in Children's Ministries.

Her hobbies include writing and gardening. She has published articles and stories for
children, adults as well as the Orthopedic Research field.
